The Fifty Sixth annual AVSA convention was hosted outside of
Washington
DC
in
Arlington, VA by the Mid-Atlantic African Violet Society and the
Potomac Council
of Judges from May 19 through May 25, 2002. Since the National
convention was
hosted by MAAVS we knew it was going to be the great success
that it was.

Congratulations to the many MAAVS members who won awards at the Convention. We
have a few of the winners here as well as some of the convention fun had by
MAAVS members. (As always, the link on the left will let you too join this great
