Joanne
Pruner-Baker readies her extensive collection of violets for show entry while
Libbie assists. The competition was incredibly stiff this year with many more
standard varieties entered than in conventions of the past.
Gary
Gordon got all dressed up this year to work the PC terminal classifying
plant entries.
Elizabeth
was one of many MAAVS members carrying plants from the classification and
registration tables and placing them onto the show tables.
MAAVS president Ken Barbi takes a look at the computer work station assigned to
registering amateur entries into the show.
